GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

At Fitworld Health & Fitness we offer a wide variety of Group Fitness Training for the beginner to the more experienced with all included in your membership or available for $15 for casual visits. All sessions run for 30 minutes to an hour, so the choice is yours to join us for a quick work out or stay for a full intensity session.
