Offering a wide variety of Group Fitness Training Classes for the beginner to the more experienced gym goer. All classes are included in memberships or available for $20 for casual attendees. 

All sessions run for a minimum of 30 minutes up to an hour. The choice is yours to join us for a quick workout or come for one of our full intensity sessions.

Engage your muscles in a strong but gentle way. Using your own body weight instead of weights.
