HIIT / CIRCUIT
Lives are busy, it can be hard to find time to exercise. HIIT & Circuit training are options that include both aerobic and strength components that can be completed in a short amount of time.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is done at a maximum effort and primarily a cardio workout combining short bursts of intense activity with lower intensity workouts to give your body some recovery time.
Circuit is a mix of strength and cardio working through various stations where you will work different muscle groups for a timed period. Boredom is not a word used with circuit training.
