Helping people improve their lives through nutritional education and physical training is what I love to do and I feel very fortunate to be able to explore my passion for health and well-being in my role as a coach for almost 10 years. I find it amazing how making positive adjustments to these areas has such a huge impact on all other aspects of your life.
My training philosophy centres around the idea of balance. A balance of strength, fitness and flexibility with the central focus on improving posture. I also absolutely love cooking. I enjoy spending time in the kitchen preparing traditional and rustic recipes with a healthy twist. Food really has an amazing way to bring people together and unlock the best in our body’s potential.
My ambition is to become a lifestyle health coach in order to develop myself further especially in regards to mental health so I can help more and an in a more holistic way.
